Kids First STEPS are sports programs and camps with a focus on coordination and balance techniques.


Kids First Higher Standards: (6-14 year olds)
Kids First Higher Standards are sport programs and camps that teach fundamentals and skills giving a player a competitive advantage.


Kids First Advanced: (11+ year olds) High degree of preparation through fundamentals that develop skills for athletes to play at a High School & College level.


Kids First Personal Trainer: (6+ year olds) Certified Coaches teach individuals; fundamentals, skills & safety practices for a specific sport & position with proven results.


Kids First Private & Semi Private Lessons: (6+ year olds) Certified Coaches teach individuals fundamentals, skills, & safety practices for a specific sport & position with proven results. Lessons are set up for the best results; Standard time: Four – 2 hour sessions over four weeks, same time, same place.
